Quick look: Booking requests

In the Premium plan you have the ability to create a booking form to let your visitors make booking requests. All requests will be received by you per email and are listed in your dashboard on the Booking requests page. You can confirm or cancel booking requests. When you confirm a booking request, that request will be added to the calendar of your rental.

Add a booking form to a widget

Go to Widgets
Open or create a widget
In the Configuration tab, check the Accept booking requests box
Save the changes and your guests can now make booking requests via this widget

Always directly show the booking form below a widget

Go to Widgets
Open or create a widget
In the Design > Lay-out tab, check the Always show booking form box
Save the changes and the booking form will now always directly show below the widget

Email notifications

All admins and super users of an organization will receive email notifications of new booking requests.
You can disable email notifications for yourself under Profile > Notifications > Booking requests
You can choose whether the guests should also receive an email notification under Settings > Email by enabling or disabling the Booking requests received tempate.
