You can let the week start on the day that you want.

For your website visitors

Click on Widgets and open a widget.
Click on Design.
Click on Localization.
Find the field Week starts on and select a day.
Click on Save.

For yourself

Click on your profile image.
Click on your name.
Find the field Week starts on and select a day.
Click on Save.
