Adding a booking
Click and drag on your calendar with your mouse.
Release the mouse.
Click on Booking.
Click on Confirm to save the booking

Build your own booking forms. Guests can fill out and submit these forms to make a booking.
Add or edit a booking form
Go to Settings Booking forms
Open an existing form or create a new one.
Add, delete and re-order fields as you like!
Getting started

You can let guests pay for their booking. The payments that need to be done depend on your payment schedule. The payment schedule can be set up in your booking form. You can let the guest pay directly online or on arrival. Or a combination of both. The money that guests pay to book your rental unit will be received by you directly. You can send emails to your guests. The emails can be sent manually, but some parts can also be automated.

When someone submits your booking form, you can receive an email and a text message (SMS).

Click on your profile image on the right top.
Click on Profile.
Click on Notifications.

People who booked your rental unit will find all information regarding their booking on their personal Booking status page. Contacts are people that are linked to bookings. You can add a contact yourself. When a guest submits a booking, the guest will be created as a Contact automatically.
Add a Contact to a booking
Add or open a booking.
Click on the Contacts tab.
Click on + Contact.

A rental can be part of another rental. Like a room that's part of a hotel. The availability of a single room depends on the availability of the complete hotel. And, if all rooms are booked, the complete hotel is also booked.
Select a parent rental

You can apply taxes, like VAT, GST, Sales tax or other taxes to all your prices in Bookingmood.
Specify taxes
The first step is to specify the taxes that you want to use.
Go to Settings.
Click on Taxes.
Click on + Create Tax.
